I have been a lecturer in the Centre for Childhood,
Development and Learning at the Open University since 2008. My job
involves both the production of new courses and involvement in the presentation of existing courses.

I am currently working with colleagues to produce E212: Childhood (which will replace U212 in the Childhood and Youth Studies degree programme). I have responsibility for the third block of the course, which comprises a textbook (Children and Young People's Cultural Worlds) and various other study materials, including audio-visual materials. I am also writing chapters for two of the other textbooks that make up the course. I have previously been involved in writing study materials for the Masters course, E807: The Worlds of Children and Young People for Integrated practice.
I am focusing entirely on course production at the moment. Previously I have been involved in the presentation of EK310/311 Research with Children and Young People/Early Years Perspective on Research with Children and Young People and U212: Childhood.
